Zoomies is a marketplace that connects people who need tasks done ("Posters") with independent service providers ("Taskers"). Zoomies is not a party to the agreement between Poster and Tasker.
Posters pay the agreed price through Zoomies. Funds are held by our escrow partner until the Poster releases payment, payment auto-releases after the stated review period, or a dispute is resolved.
Posting a task is free. A service fee is deducted from the Tasker's payout, shown before the Tasker makes an offer. Escrow/payment processing fees may apply as shown at checkout.
A task can be cancelled free of charge before payment. After payment, issues are handled through the dispute process; Zoomies may release, refund or split funds based on the evidence provided.
Users must follow the Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that break them.
Taskers are responsible for the quality and safety of their work and for any required licences and insurance.
