Zoomies does not currently provide insurance cover for Taskers or Posters.
Taskers are independent service providers, not Zoomies employees. Taskers are responsible for having appropriate cover for their work (for example public liability insurance, and tools/equipment cover), and for holding any required licences or certificates (e.g. electrical Certificates of Compliance, plumbing PIRB registration).
Posters should check that their own home or contents insurance covers work being done at their property.
What Zoomies does provide: escrow payment protection (funds only released when the job is confirmed done), reviews and ratings, ID verification for verified Taskers, and a dispute process.
