- Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination or abusive language.
- Be honest. Describe tasks and your skills accurately. Only offer on work you can do well and legally.
- Keep payments on Zoomies. Paying outside the app means no escrow protection, no dispute help and no reviews. Contact details are hidden until a booking is paid.
- Show up. Turn up on time, communicate early if plans change.
- Stay safe. Meet in safe places, never share banking passwords or OTPs, and report anything suspicious.
- No prohibited tasks. Nothing illegal, unsafe, or that requires a licence the Tasker doesn't hold.
Breaking these guidelines can lead to suspension.
